#LUPA Day 29: Affirmation Anchors

(To read about and become a part of  #LUPA, start here.

Remember the lesson about anchoring in

Today go back to the lessons you learned, take some time to reflect on each prompt, then come up with an affirmation for yourself for each one.

What I mean by an affirmation is the following:
A motivating, positive statement beginning with “I” that has active words and present verbs. (Like instead of “I will” it is “I am living in…” using words that make you feel good about what you’re saying. Select your words carefully

Here are some examples of some great affirmations!

  • “I am gratefully releasing my past, celebrating my freedom from those I forgive”
  • “I am open to the daily inspiration surrounding me, allowing the clearing and cleansing creative energy within me”
